Import and export your suppressions in bulk

Some messages never make it to the inbox, and some recipients opt out of your broadcast emails. Either way, that address lands on your suppression list. We check that list before every send, so nothing else goes out to it.

Until you need the whole list at once...

Say you are migrating to a European email provider like Lettermint, or you want to work with your suppressions in your own system. From today you can import and export the list as a CSV, and unblock addresses in bulk.

Import an existing list

Hard bounces and spam complaints damage your sending reputation. Keep mailing addresses you already know are trouble, and it starts to affect everything else you send, including your transactional email.

Your old provider has all of that on record: every address that came back as a hard bounce and everyone who opted out. Worth bringing with you.

Upload it as a CSV and choose where the block applies: across your whole team, within one project, or on a single route.

Export your suppressions

The same works in reverse. Running your own system or marketing tools alongside Lettermint means keeping the same opt-outs in both places. And when you manage email for clients, an export shows them exactly who is on the list.

You decide what ends up in the file. Filter the way you would in the overview, so you can pull just the spam complaints from one project, then pick your columns. You always get the address, the reason and the date it was added, with the option to include where the block applies and which project or route it came from.

Unblock addresses in bulk

Not every block is meant to last. A mail server that was down for a day, a test address you added yourself, a client you have since sorted things out with.

Tick those rows in the overview, confirm, and they come off the list. From that point you can email them again.
