Our requirements for the non-profit discount are:
Your organization is a registered non-profit (501(c)(3), ANBI, or equivalent).- Your organization has a clear social or charitable mission.
- Your organization is not primarily commercially focused.
- You have not previously applied for a non-profit discount with us.

Request your discount via support
Make sure you are logged into our platform and create a support request. This can be found in the dashboard under 'Support' in the sidebar.
Include in your support request that you want to use the discount.

We will process your request as soon as possible. You will receive an email once your request has been approved and the discount has been applied to your Lettermint account.
