# Plain Text Fallback

> Automatically add a plain text version to every HTML-only email.

Every email should have both an HTML and a plain text version, but the text part is often forgotten. Turn on the plain text fallback on your route and we automatically generate a text version for every HTML-only email. Better for spam filters and for clients that prefer text.
