## SMTP, REST API and MCP

Every integration above uses one of three doors into Lettermint: the SMTP relay, the REST API with its official SDKs for Node.js, PHP, Laravel, Symfony, Python, Go, Java, .NET, Rust and Elixir, or the MCP server for AI assistants. All three are available on every plan, including the Free plan. See the [documentation](https://lettermint.co/docs/) for setup details and [pricing](https://lettermint.co/pricing.md) for plan limits.

The [MCP server](https://lettermint.co/features/mcp.md) is how AI assistants and agents work with Lettermint. Claude, ChatGPT, Le Chat and other assistants that support MCP connect to `https://api.lettermint.co/mcp` and log in with OAuth, so no API token ends up in the assistant. An agent can look up messages and delivery events, check delivery stats, verify DNS and manage domains, routes and webhooks, within the permissions of the person who connected it. Personal data in emails is hidden by default, and sending only works after the team switches that filter off. See the [MCP documentation](https://lettermint.co/docs/mcp).
