### Does Lettermint work with WooCommerce?

### Will a newsletter slow down my order confirmations?

No. Transactional and broadcast emails run through separate IP pools, and we spread large campaigns out automatically. A big promotion never delays the order confirmation of a customer who is checking out at the same time.

### How fast does an order confirmation arrive?

### Can I attach invoices?

Yes. You can attach PDF invoices and other files up to 25MB per email, through both the API and SMTP.

### Why do order confirmations end up in spam?

Usually for one of these three reasons. The shop sends from its own web server without SPF and DKIM, which mailbox providers don't trust. The order email is full of banners and discount codes, so filters read it as an ad. Or your customer list contains typos and bot signups, and the bounces and complaints that follow hurt your reputation.
