## Key commitments

**GDPR compliant** - Fully GDPR-compliant. Data sovereignty has been our focus from day one.

**ISO 27001 certified** - Certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022. Our information security is independently audited, not just promised.

**Servers only in Europe** - Our entire infrastructure runs on servers in European data centers. No Amazon, Google, Microsoft or other US cloud providers involved.

**Own ASN and IP ranges** - Lettermint operates its own Autonomous System (AS213427) and owns the IP ranges your email is sent from. Sender reputation and deliverability stay under our direct control, not shared with unrelated tenants on hyperscaler IP space.

**No Cloud Act risks** - US cloud providers can be forced to hand over data to American authorities. We are EU-based and not subject to US jurisdiction.

**Data storage** - All your email data is stored (encrypted) in European data centers. Nothing gets processed or transferred outside the EU.

**No US trackers or AI training** - No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other US-based trackers. Your data is never used to train AI models, not by us, not by anyone.

**Independent ownership** - Lettermint is privately held and founder-owned, with no external investors, VC funding, or parent company. We build features for our users, not to grow an investor's portfolio.

**European-based support** - Our team works from Europe. Support requests and account verifications happen during European business hours.
