Lettermint reviews new teams before unrestricted production sending. Verification protects deliverability for all customers and helps prevent abuse.

## When verification matters

Unverified teams are limited to sending to (verified) team members only. Verify your account before moving customer-facing traffic to Lettermint.

## Complete verification

4. Complete the compliance verification form.
5. Send test-address scenarios to confirm routing and events.
6. Wait for verification before sending production traffic to non-team recipients.
