# New dashboard available in public beta

> We've completely redesigned our dashboard. Read about what's changed and what you can expect.

It's been almost a year since we
[launched Lettermint](https://lettermint.co/blog/welcome-future-transactional-mailing-europe),
and we already need a new dashboard. That might sound fast,
but it's a good sign. Lettermint is developer-first, so in
the beginning our focus was on the API, SDKs and a solid
foundation for sending emails. The dashboard was functional,
but pretty basic.

It didn't take long before we noticed that developers aren't
the only ones using the dashboard. Marketers and support teams
use it too. With that in mind and the feedback we received,
many requests no longer fit within the old design. Think user
roles, a drag & drop email builder and more detailed insights.

That's why we've completely redesigned the dashboard. The new
design is now available as a public beta and runs alongside
the current dashboard. In a few weeks we'll fully switch over
to the new version.

## What's changed

We build Lettermint for our users, not for investors. As an
[independent European email provider](https://lettermint.co/european-email)
we listen to what our users need. That's why we rebuilt our
dashboard from the ground up.

Everything you know from the current dashboard is still there,
but better. The interface has been completely redesigned with
clearer navigation and a more organized layout. We've also
added new insights to sent emails, so you can see how they
perform and where to improve them. It's also the foundation
for everything we're still going to build.

## What's on the roadmap

Behind the new design is also a new foundation. It was needed
to build features around authentication and team management
that weren't possible before. Much of this is already on our
[roadmap](https://lettermint.co/roadmap). Here's what
we're working on:

- **User roles**: invite team members or clients with a
*view-only* role, so they can view their data without
making changes.
- **App access**: give apps like AI (MCP) access to your
account to automate your email flow.
- **Sandbox mode**: test your integration and emails without
actually sending them.
- **Drag & drop email builder**: build emails visually
without any HTML knowledge.
- **Customizable Unsubscribe pages**: add your own branding
to unsubscribe pages.
- **SSO**: log in through your organization without a
separate account.

## Available now

The new dashboard is ready to use at
[app.lettermint.co](https://app.lettermint.co). You can use
both environments side by side over the coming weeks until
we fully switch over.

Have feedback or run into something? Let us know through the
dashboard or [Discord](https://lettermint.co/r/discord).
